During the third quarter of 2021, the top 5 business apps on Android in Portugal displayed diverse trends in downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Microsoft Teams experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 5.7K at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at approximately 12K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users also saw a significant rise, climbing from 114K in late June to about 130K by the end of the quarter.

Zoom Workplace had a steady download rate, beginning with around 5.5K weekly downloads and ending the quarter with about 6.4K. The active user base showed a slight increase, starting at roughly 51K and ending at approximately 49K by the end of September.

Converter Club saw a remarkable surge in weekly downloads. The app started with about 3.2K downloads and reached a peak of approximately 10.6K in early August.

EDP had a relatively stable performance in terms of downloads, with numbers fluctuating between 2K and 3.6K throughout the quarter. The active user count remained fairly consistent, hovering around 20K for most of the period.

Google Meet (original) exhibited a varied download trend, starting with around 2.7K and peaking at about 3.5K in mid-July. The app’s active users increased from approximately 25K to a high of 28K by mid-September, before settling at around 25K by the end of the quarter.
